The competition has been cancelled due to the fact that we did not receive any tenders, in accordance with The Norwegian Public Procurements Board. FOA § 25-4. Cancellation of the competition Procurement is for framework agreements for the delivery of service and maintenance work at the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research's (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) research vessel both in the inner port of Bergen and in the port of Tromsø. Two framework agreements/sub-contracts will be signed for service and maintenance work on the Contracting Authority's vessels. A framework agreement will be signed for vessels in the inner port of Bergen and a framework agreement for vessels in the port of Tromsø. One tenderer can choose to submit tenders for either only the Inner Port of Bergen, only the Port of Tromsø, or both alternatives. It is important that it is clearly stated in the tenderer ́s tender which parts of the contract a tender is submitted for. Tenderers must submit tenders for the correct sub-contract/framework agreement and submit two tender offers if tenders are to be submitted for both sub-contracts/framework agreements.
