Long term plan for the Norwegian Armed Forces (LTP), the current plan for the Norwegian Defence Promise – For Norway's security. The long term plan for the defence sector 2025-2036, Prop. 87 S (2023-2024) was unanimously approved in the Norwegian Parliament 11.06.2024. This framework agreement is for the procurement of a consultant group for the early and execution phase for projects in the LTP project portfolio in Bardu, Målselv, Balsfjord, Senjaog Sørreisa municipalities. The status for December 2024 is that several early phase projects have been implemented, whilst implementation assignments have not yet been implemented for the execution phase.  Call-offs on the framework agreement will be for both the early phase and the execution phase and these phases will be carried out parallel in the framework agreement ́s lifetime.
