Single-Operator Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Committee Meetings Management System. Dublin City Council is seeking an externally hosted, cloud based software application, with multi-factor authentication, for the provision of a Committee Meetings Management System to manage Agendas, Reports, Council Questions and Motions required for Council and Committee Meetings The meeting management software will be required to facilitate the organising of meetings, including, but not limited to, those listed below, and the sharing of confidential documents in a secure manner. An initial contract will be awarded for a period of Three [3] years with an option to extend for a period of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions. The Contracting Authority reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the contract, subject to satisfactory annual performance, budget availability and ongoing business needs.
