High-content live cell imaging system with automated image acquisition and analysis system operating in a cell culture incubator or with an ability for precise control of temperature, humidity and CO2. Imaging system should be able to image different multiwell plates of up to 364 wells with good resolution. System should be able to accommodate multiple well-plates for running several individual experiments simultaneously. System needs to be able to take both bright-field images with enhanced contrast, and fluorescent images with multiple channels. System needs to come with a set of high-quality objectives, automated imaging capabilities, and comprehensive software for demanding image analysis.
