With this market consultation, RVO wants to collect information which will help with specifying a likely upcoming European tender regarding the development of a shared vision and a subsequent Strategic Plan for the Niger river basin in Niger. This assignment is part of the RVO “Vallee du Niger” programme implementation in the period 2022 – 2027. RVO intends to conclude an (framework) agreement for a maximum term of two (2) years with an estimated maximum budget between EURO 1.000.000,- and 1.300.000,- excluding VAT. This estimated budget range is an indication from which no rights can be derived.
