The scope of the project is to procure an off-the-shelf fully-featured Records Management System, aiming to; - provide the Force with the opportunity to eliminate silos, - digitize and streamline most of its business processes, - eliminate duplication of data entry, - shifts towards a paperless environment, - improves data quality and make information easily accessible. Besides the system itself, a Service Level Agreement and training to MPF officials are also part of the Contract.
