The subject of this Pre-Qualification is the design/engineering, manufacturing, factory testing, supply, delivery, unloading, installation, on-site testing, commissioning and after sales servicing of Small & Medium Power Transformers, including all necessary/related accessories and or services for Belgian (Elia) Onshore substations. The Pre-Qualification is obtained by range of Materials and by factory. An overview of the ranges is provided in the lot description. ********************************************************************* Participation to the Pre Qualification: The Applicant must request, complete the Pre-Qualification questionnaire (PQQ) with the most actual available data together with the requested documents. The applicants must request the access to the Ariba platform used for this Pre-Qualification phase by sending an e-mail to the responsible buyer: Imen.BenChaabene@elia.be | and in CC : Frank.Petzold@50hertz.com| The e-mail should mention " Open Pre-Qualification System S&M TFO 2024 - Request access to ARIBA platform" as the subject.
