The competition is for the delivery of an ICT system that supports the entire recruitment process for all involved, including applicants. The system is to be seen as a pre-system and it has relevant integrations with the municipalities ́ ICT systems for archive and HR/payroll. The system is cloud based and is provided as a service.
The contracting authorities are Frogn, Vestby, Ås and Nesodden municipalities.
The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
