NIBRT (National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training) would like to procure an instrument that enables high-specification flow cytometer. The instrument should facilitate multi-parameter excitation and detection of both unlabelled and fluorescently labelled cells and particle in addition to facilitating single and bulk isolation to support cellular immunotherapy and biopharma research activities in NIBRT. The instrument should facilitate automated plate loading and export of target particles or cells in line with set thresholds or targets. Any proposed solution should include operational software, analytic software, data transfer capabilities and be compatible with other analytic modalities.
