Prior information notice, consultancy procurement E17 Stavanger station. Bane NOR would like to inform us that it is planned to carry out a consultancy procurement in connection with the engineering design of systems at Stavanger station and Skeiane, setting-out and turning. The main work included in the procurement is the preparation of a technical detailed plan and a zoning plan for the initiatives that are planned to be carried out at Stavanger station. The procurement also includes an option for the preparation of the technical detail plan and a zoning plan for Skeiane setting-outs. The main work consists of, among other things, but not limited to the following disciplines: - Railway engineering. -Track -Platforms - Alterations to signal installations (ERTMS) - Station facilities (waiting room, shelter, bicycle parking etc.) - Public and information system. - Stairs and lifts from the existing infrastructure. - Other necessary infrastructure engineering design to achieve applicable contract works. The option work consists of, among other things, but not limited to, the following disciplines: - Railway engineering. -Track -Platforms - Other necessary infrastructure engineering design to achieve applicable contract works. The procurement will be carried out as a Trans Q+ 2 stage and it will be announced on the following code. Trans Q Code 5.2.1 "Railway Specific Civil Engineer Services". All tenderers who are registered in this code and who provide services in Norway, will be asked if they want to and participate in the competition for the execution of the work. Interested tenderers will be shown by answering a simple "Equal" question that is related to the invitation. Those who answer yes to the question will be invited to the procurement ́s prequalification through the KGV. The rules for the competition ́s prequalification will be made available for the contractor after they are invited to the KGV. Then it is planned to implement the procurement as a normal competition with negotiations - 2 steps - without notice. Bane NOR plans to send out the interested enquiry in TransQ using "Equal" in week 48 and execute prequalification in kgv with interested parties in week 49/50.
