The scope of the present procurement procedure is to develop a Galileo HAS User Terminal (HAUT), including the Reference User Algorithm (HAUA) (together as the ‘Solution’), to support the Galileo HAS Phase 2 activities:
* Development of a user algorithm that applies the Galileo High Accuracy corrections as specified;
* Design, development and validation of a Galileo High Accuracy Service User Terminal that by im-plementing the user algorithm developed in the frame of this Contract would process High Accu-racy corrections delivered by HAS;
* Provision of (on-site / off-site) engineering support services to the Contracting Authority.
