The contracting authority needs to procure a new and updated digital platform for case handling in the child protection service. Based on the ongoing education reform and changes to the Child Protection Act, there is a need for digitalisation, simplification, reporting, inhabitant dialogue and standardisation of work processes for the child protection service. The contracting authority would like, thus, to enter into an ongoing service contract for the right to use a trade system for the child welfare service This joint procurement represents the child welfare services Bodø, Fauske, Narvik and Sørfold. Below is an overview of which municipalities belong to the child protection services.
