GTK is planning to have a 2D seismic survey across the Peräpohja schist belt in northern Finland (see the enclosed map in Appendix 1) during the summer-autumn 2024 and hereby invites competent companies to Tender for the Survey. The Survey is part of REPower-CEST project and aims to acquire seismic data to image the crust down to approximately 5 km depth. The invitation to tender is for 2D seismic survey. The Tenderers are requested to give a proposal for the Survey schedule during 2024; however, the Survey should preferably take place in September, 2024. GTK shall prior to the signing of the final contract have the right to reduce or enlarge the specified seismic profile by 5-10% based on the fixed line-km price supplied by the Tender for the Survey. The final amount of line-km will be defined according to the available budget.
