A contract has been signed for the procurement of legal services, including legal advice (individual questions and major review work), quality assurance, assistance in any appeals and/or disputes, courses, conferences, seminars etc. The contracting authority needs legal assistance within the following sub-areas:1: contract, fixed property legal conditions, as well as planning and building law2: Labour law and pension law (regulatory and rights)3: public procurements, government support and competition law (with emphasis on procurement law, particularly procurements for complex ICT contracts and health services), administrative law and health law, privacy and information security, intellectual property law (including commercialisation of research results) and technology and IT law. The contract for sub-area 3 will also, if needed, include other legal areas, but not the legal areas covered under sub-areas 1 and 2. The contract ́s estimated annual value for all sub-areas is NOK 13,840,000 excluding VAT. Furthermore, the contract ́s total maximum value for four years is NOK 111,600,000 excluding VAT.
