It has previously been announced and held an open tender contest, 2407gj Oncology not patented medicines, where the competition included active substance in accordance with the tender documentation's Annex 2 Price Form. After the implementation of the competition, the tenderer has entered into an agreement with the municipality that they cannot deliver goods and will, therefore, withdraw from the contract.
