Framework Agreement - Service Agent(s) (Asia/Middle East) EU-Tender for a Service Agent for Lot 1 defined as area Asia (currently Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia) and Lot 2 defined as area Middle East (currently Dubai). Note that the selected locations may be extended to other countries in Asia and/or the Middle East. The reason for this tender is the expiry of the existing contract with Clients current Service Agent for the Asia region, which ends in Q3 2024. Because Client is a regulated company, European procurement law is applicable. Therefore, Client is committed to a fair and transparent procurement process and encourages these fundamental principles, in particular equal treatment of all bidders and fair competition. Client is looking for a Service Agent that meets the requirements.
