The Contracting Authority wishes to achieve the design and construction of one Hydrogen test facility in Charleroi, for which a gaseous - and cryogenic liquid hydrogen and gaseous natural gas infrastructure would be implemented. The production of hydrogen is not part of the scope as hydrogen would be delivered by means of bottles, tube trailers, etc. and natural gas would be expanded from a local grid. The scope will rather focus on the distribution and conditioning of hydrogen to be used in several test setups.
