Møre og Romsdal County, c/o the Transport department (FRAM), hereafter called the Contracting Authority, shall hold a new competition for transport services. This applies to route package 7 with operational period 01.01.2027 - 07.10.2040.As it has not been long since a hearing on other equivalent competitions for transport services in Møre and Romsdal, the Contracting Authority has chosen to publish only the procedure rules for Route package 7, as any changes are in this document. The contracting authority would like, via this notice, to invite the supplier market to give general feedback. Deadline for 22.10.2024 to provide feedback. The feedback is to be given to the Contracting Authority via the communication module in Mercell.
