II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

Bergen municipality needs future oriented electronic locks and an innovative, flexible cloud based infrastructure for their administration to ensure simple and secure access to service recipients of health and care services in Bergen municipality. The system must also have interface that enables automation of key administration based on concrete service needs that occur in the interaction between the service recipient and service provider. The procurement shall include both the physical electronic locks with the necessary accessories for operation and installation, as well as a system for administration of electronic locks. The procurement is therefore planned to be divided into two sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Framework agreement for electronic locks, Sub-contract 2: System system for administering electronic locks. The implementation of the new chosen system system shall also be included. The procurement will be carried out as a competitive dialogue. The contracting authority is planning a digital supplier conference wednesday 23 October , 10.00 to inform about the competition. Interested tenderers are asked to register their interest in the Mercell communication module.
