The service shall take care of the contracting authority ́s total need for technical advice when performing municipal activities. The service shall cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for professionally responsible consultancy during the contract period. The service deals with all professional disciplines that are necessary to assist the Contracting Authority during the agreement period. The service includes; buildings, real estate, roads, water and sewage, land use and other technical consultancy services included in the municipal entity. The list is not exhaustive, but illustrates the span of possible areas included in the Service. The contract means that a framework agreement will be signed with up to three (3) parallel tenderers.
