Construction of the Sarajevo - Pale cycling trail will consider the starting position from Sarajevo City Hall “Vijecnica” , to Dariva pedestrian zone and local access roads until the very exit to the narrow-gauge railway route overlooking the site called “Vrelo Života”. The end of the route is defined in the vicinity of the old railway station Pale, which is located nearby the intersection of a local road running along the narrow-gauge railway route and the regional road connecting the centre of Pale and Mount Jahorina. The planned reconstruction works subject to this contract are: Up to 15 km of route reconstruction. Reconstruction of 2 (two) bridges on the rout that also require testing and laying out of the bed and railing. Reconstruction of 9 (nine) tunnels of various design, from carved tunnels to stone lined tunnels, including tunnels lighting with the solar panels.
