The Technical Assistance to the Public Enterprise Roads of Serbia (PERS) is to implement efficient management of public assets, better use of funds allocated for road maintenance through Service Level Agreement (SLA), following the Performance Based Maintenance Contracts (PBMCs). Also, the TA is to assist PERS in setting up effective Road Asset Management System (RAMS) as a basis for sound management of the road sector.
