The Organisation’s Department of Human Resources is responsible for payroll processing and the operation of the City’s human resources and payroll systems, including current time and attendance management system. The organisation is seeking information from the market regarding available system solutions that manages a modern, integrated time and attendance management system that is required to manage and calculate working hours as well as absence and leave for input into the organisations payroll system. The system should be able to track employees’ accrual of entitlements, including annual leave, sick leave, and overtime leave. The system must support a user base of up to approximately 12.000 users. Importantly, the proposed system must have the option to be integrated to other systems via the Organisation’s Integrations and API Management platform, webMethods, or by other means as proposed by bidder.
