      This pin notice is to alert the market of an upcoming tender by DCC for the establishment of a Multi Party Framework Agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for housing projects within Dublin City Council’s Administrative Area. It is anticipated that the projects within the framework scope may include projects with a varied construction value ranging from €25m to €500million. The services to be procured under the framework will include, but are not limited to, design team services for the following: • New Build, Deep Retrofit and Infill development. • Mixed Tenure Housing Projects incl. affordable purchase, cost rental and social housing. • Demolition & Enabling Works • Experience with Protected Structures & conservation works • Associated public realm precinct improvements • Mixed use developments & non-residential elements • Medium to high density housing schemes • Experience of Design & Build and Traditional Procurement • Experience of Modern Methods of Construction • Utility planning Contracts under this framework will be awarded for some or all of CWMF stages (i) to (v) depending on project requirements. Design team services will be required to accommodate both Design & Build and Traditional Public Works Contracts e.g. Employer Led Design.
