Contracting authority: Fredrikstad municipality and Hvaler municipality, The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a contract with Lære AS for the delivery of printed textbooks, teaching aids and subject books for primary and secondary schools, adult education and nursery schools. Digital teaching resources are not included in the agreement (a separate contract handles this). Background: A market survey has been carried out, including an RFI published on Doffin. The survey emphasis was put on identifying alternative contract solutions in order to facilitate a competition. The result shows that only one tenderer can deliver the assortment in accordance with the contracting authority ́s needs.
