Rogaland county will use the new ERP system (Xledger) from 01.01.2026, and the current financial reporting system will expire. Rogaland county currently uses the Framsikt modules Finance Plan, Annual Budget, Analysis and Politician.
Rogaland county intends to procure a tool for the preparation of period reports. The system must;
- be able to set up workflows for approving financial reports at different levels in the organisation.
- able to be integrated with xledger.
- prepare a financial report in a digital edition with the number part, including obligatory overviews and the text part
make the financial reporting more accessible internally in the organisation.
Based on our requirements and the current systems, Framsikt AS is the only tenderer in the market for such a system, as far as we have been able to uncover.
Rogaland county hereby announces its intention to enter into a contract with Framsikt AS for the delivery of the module 'Reporting' after 16.01.2026, 12:00 for a period of two years, if there are no objections to this intention notice.
