Procurement of Immunhistochemistry machine - Pathology Department, HSE review of needs and markets, it is our perception that only one relevant supplier can cover the need. We are therefore choosing to make the procurement through an intention notice. Description of needs: The current machines are old and Helse Møre og Romsdal HF (HMR HF) needs to replace them. The machines we currently have give some precipitation in the cell picture, which can be confused with bacteria or other cell artefacts. This is a known problem for the suppliers of these instruments, and we have tried improvement measures without the problem being solved.  HMR HF therefore intends to procure 1 ONCORE Pro Automated Slide Staining Platform (used instrument) from Histolab. A procurement contract and a framework agreement will be signed for consumables. The terms for direct procurement in accordance with the public procurement regulations § 13-4 first section of letter C are deemed to be fulfilled.
