      Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávka, instalace a zprovoznění upgrade automatizace krystalizace spolu se službami, jež se vztahují k předmětu dodávky dle specifikace uvedené v Návrhu kupní smlouvy. Jedná se o upgrade: i) Krystalizačního robota NT8 výrobce Formulatrix, Inc. (HW) a ii) SW Formulatrix prostředí (základními složkami jsou RockImager, RockMaker a RockMakerWeb), který se týká přístrojů výrobce Formulatrix, Inc.: Krystalizační hotel RI1000 (vč. SW RockImager, RockMaker a RockMakerWeb a tiskárny čárových kódů) (pořizovací cena: 3.955.120,- Kč bez DPH, r. 2015; navýšení kapacity hotelu v r. 2019 v hodnotě 82 006 EUR bez DPH) SONICC (pořizovací cena: 678.808 EUR, r. 2021) Krystalizační hotel RI182 (pořizovací cena 249 785 EUR, r. 2020) Krystalizační robot NT8 (pořizovací cena: 106 392 EUR bez DPH, r. 2019) Absolutní (minimální) technické požadavky / Absolute (minimum) technical requirements: Upgrade of Nanodispenzer for protein crystallization experiments, • Nanodispenzer must have an automatic calibration option, which can calibrate the system without the necessity to use the manual mode. • Nanodispenser must be able to dispense nanoliter drops with range of at least 50-200 nl. • Nanodispenser must be able to do the sitting drop and hanging drop crystallization experiments, including 96-well plates of SBS format and 24-well plates • Must include Plate Copy option, to be able to dispense/pipette well solutions from at least 96-well deep well blocks to 96-well crystallization plates • Must be able to dispense lipidic cubic phase experiments • The dispenser must be able to control the humidity around the small drops to avoid the evaporation. Must be able to set relative humidity from ambient up to 95 % and actively keep that level. • Dispenser must be able to re-use tips when user choses to do so, but also be able to use disposable tips to avoid contamination in certain pipetting experiment. • The upgraded plate copy option must avoid the need to lubricate the large-volume pipetting head o-rings; • Must run on Windows 11 Upgrade to the Formulatrix Environment/Software Upgrade • All new versions of software must be compatible with the existing crystallography equipment including RI1000 with SONICC, RI182, the barcode printer and the upgraded version of NT8. • Upgrade will allow remote access from various operating systems -at least Windows, Mac, Linux (not including mobile phones) • Upgrade to browser-based software, meaning the software is not reliant on a specific Windows version. The possibility to use the on-site application will be kept as well. • Addition of crystallisation autoscoring models including MARCO, Sherlock 1 and Sherlock 2 • Updated search and filter to allow quick comparison of drop images to better understand crystal growth parameters • Enhanced crystal tracking for synchrotron trips allowing for reusability of dewars and pucks in different trips • Full installation must be provided • Full training on new software must be included • Must run on Windows 11 • Rock Maker Web upgrade must be also included, and must continue to provide remote user access at least as per the current software configuration
