The framework agreement shall cover Oslo municipality and its affiliated entities' need for non-personal meeting room equipment and services that shall be used to communicate or share content to several participants, either in the same room or via the Internet. Assembly and service of the equipment is also included. As well as equipment and services connected to booking and managing the rooms. The agreement will also have reciprocal non exclusive options connected to the purchase of used audio and lighting equipment for stage, performances and production, sound levelling systems and used monitors.
