II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

Narvik municipality intends to enter into a reserved contract with the management company Agenda Aktiv AS for further operation of the low threshold offer Platform 1 from 01.01.2026. The reserved contract will be included pursuant to the procurement regulations '§ 30-3. Contracts that are reserved for companies with disabled or disadvantaged persons". The service offer "Platform 1" is a municipal low-threshold offer for people who are in a rehabilitation phase due to drugs and alcohol or due to mental illness and an offer to prevent disease development. Platform 1 shall provide an activity offer to the user group mentioned above and motivate further development for the individual through initiatives within their own business, NAV, school or work. The aim of the contract is further operations in accordance with the current contract regarding content, availability and competence. Tenderers shall aim at focusing on using Platform 1 as an arena for people who need mapping and work training, and that this can also be a part of the personnel resources. The contracting authority is not aware that there are other companies in a reasonable proximity who can provide these services. If there are other tenderers who believe they can take on the assignment, please register in writing to heidi.eriksen.laksaa@narvik.kommune.no by 19.10.2025, 23:59. And should it be the case that several suppliers register their interest, the contracting authority plans to publish a competition during the first quarter of 2026.
