      Fingal County Council (FCC) have a policy to facilitate the delivery of social and affordable housing on lands within the Council ownership. Fingal County Council wish to appoint a Development Partner with a view to progressing a mixed tenure development and associated infrastructure at Mooretown, Swords, Co. Dublin. The subject land encompasses a gross site area of 23.94ha and site developable area of 16.21ha. FCC will develop the lands in phases and intend to lodge a Section 179A application in respect of Phase 1 of the development for a scheme of c.250 no. residential units and a Part 10 application in respect of Phase 2 of the development for a scheme of approx. c.350 no. residential units. The overall project will include:- • Delivery of c.600 residential units in two phases (houses and apartments with mixed social/affordable/cost rental tenure) • The provision of access roads and associated infrastructure including ESB sub-stations as required • The provision of public open spaces including play areas, new pedestrian and cycle connections • Residential parking bays • Connection to public utilities • All associated site works
