Aufgrund des Alters der steuerungstechnischen Ausstattung des Kraftwerks Kappelerhof ist eine Erneuerung der Steuerung ab Sensorik bis zur seriellen Schnittstelle zur übergeordneten Leitstelle Kappelerhof notwendig.
Die in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen beschriebenen Lieferungen und Leistungen umfassen die Auslegung, Berechnung, Konstruktion, Steuer- und Regelfunktionen, Bedienelemente, Fabrikation inklusive Prüfungen und Abnahmemessungen im Werk des Anbieters, den Transport zum Aufstellort, die Zwischenlagerung am Aufstellort, Demontage der vorhandenen Anlagen mit zugehörigen Provisorien, die Montage und Verkabelung, Inbetriebsetzung, Personalinstruktionen, Prüfungen und Abnahmemessungen im Kraftwerk, die Durchführung des Probebetriebes, Inspektionen während der Garantiezeit, Instruktionen und Schulungen des Kraftwerkpersonals sowie die Betriebsdokumentation inklusive der zugehörigen Konformitätserklärung für den Lieferumfang.

Due to the age of the control systems equipment of the power plant Kappelerhof, it is necessary
to renew the control system from the sensors to the serial interface to the higher-level network
control system of the Kappelerhof power plant. The supplies and services include the design,
calculation, construction, open-loop and closed-loop control functions, operating elements,
fabrication including tests and acceptance measurements at the bidder's factory, transport to the
installation site, interim storage at the installation site, dismantling of the existing equipment with
associated temporary facilities, the assembly and cabling, commissioning, personnel instructions,
tests and acceptance measurements at the power plant, the performance of trial operation,
inspections during the warranty period, instructions and training of the power plant personnel as
well as the operating documentation including the associated declaration of conformity for the
scope of supply.
