Rectification T146764: TenneT has identified an error in the “Schedule of Prices and Rates - HKZ Alpha and Beta Jacket Inspection Services”. Line items 5a, 5b and 6 of the schedule are referring to day rates for variations only. These should be included in a separate line of prices exclusively for variation day rates and not in the main tender schedule of price. As a result of this error, TenneT could not evaluate the received tenders. Please be advised that TenneT will disregard “Schedule of Prices and Rates HKZ Alpha and Beta Jacket Inspection Services” submitted in relation to the tenders received on 6th June 2025. TenneT confirms that this information will not be used and be kept confidential to guarantee fair competition. To rectify the error, TenneT has amended the “Schedule of Prices and Rates - HKZ Alpha and Beta Jacket Inspection Services” dated 18th of April 2025 accordingly and published the revised version on Mercell. TenneT hereby grants all tenderers the opportunity to resubmit the “Schedule of Prices and Rates - HKZ Alpha and Beta Jacket Inspection Services” with the revised version Rev. 2 dated 24th of June 2025”. On the “Schedule of prices and rates” all items, including the variation, should be priced. TenneT hereby grants all tenderers the opportunity to re-submit their bid and are requested to re-submit and upload all tender documents in accordance with the requirements set out in the Invitation to Tender as published on Mercell on 27th April 2025. This re-submission should be regarded as a new tender. Tenderers can choose to submit exactly the same documents as previously, but are also allowed to make changes, improvements or corrections to their bids in all aspects. Please be aware that conditional offers can be excluded and that the documents, which require a signature, should be signed. The new deadline for the submission of tenders can be found on Mercell. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- TenneT, as offshore grid operator in the Dutch Sector of the North Sea, is responsible for the provision of the offshore grid connection systems (GCS) from which the wind energy is transported to the onshore grid. Within each of these grid connection systems, a 700 MW AC Offshore High Voltage Substation (OHVS) is included. TenneT TSO B.V. has an interest and an obligation to acquire information about its fixed offshore steel structures in North Sea.   This Scope of services and its appendices serve as the technical specification for the “2025 underwater inspections of the Hollandse kust Zuid Alpha and Beta substructure”. The Scope Of Services consist of a General Visual Inspection of the structure including cathodic protection measurements, anode survey, scour inspection and marine growth measurements to be performed by means of an ROV.
