On behalf of FKN (County North), hereafter called the contracting authority, Troms County invites tenderers to a written market dialogue in connection with preparations for a framework agreement for telephony. The framework agreement is for IP telephony and mobile telephony with associated functionalities, administrative and commercial systems, as well as the procurement of mobile telephones with accessories. The contracting authority would like to map the market ́s maturity and have formulated a set of questions in the attached document "Informasjon om RFI - telephony", which we hope relevant tenderers have the opportunity to answer. The response can be sent directly in the document, under each of the points, and is delivered digitally here in Mercell.Deadline for feedback is set to 04.07.2025. If there is a need for an extended feedback deadline, this can be clarified further.
