The objective of the procurement is to see to the contracting authority ́s need for services connected to debt collection services. The contract will give the debt collection company the right to collect non-paid requirements from Norwegian vehicles without a valid AutoPASS agreement.  The current contract for debt collection services expires 31.12.25.  Note that the estimated contract value is an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority. The competition is expected to be published in Doffin/Ted in August 2025.
