The aim of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that shall cover the need for two-part uniforms (jackets and trousers) for the police ́s national stand-by resources. The need is commercial off-the-shelf products adapted to tactical service when teams are summoned to high-risk situations and critical events, including hostage situations and terrorist threats. The uniform shall function well in different environments, including urban and rural environments, across different seasons in Norway. The uniform shall also be used for extensive training activities and it shall tolerate considerable wear and wear. The colour should be grey.
The framework agreement shall apply for the police ́s national stand-by resources. Based on previous years' procurements, the contracting authority, without obligations, estimates a combined likely call-off to approx. 750,000 EUR excluding VAT during the agreement period, including options. Due to unforeseen events or major changes in the contracting authority ́s needs, there can be a greater need for the products than the probable estimate. The conditions are estimated to increase the scope up to an estimated value of NOK 250,000 excluding VAT. The total estimated value is NOK 1,000,000, excluding VAT.
