II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

For the IoSiS-NG project, two identical full-motion two-axis antennas including the antenna control units are to be purchased. The antennas shall have a reflector diameter of 7 to 9 meters. The antennas will be located on the DLR site in Weilheim (Germany). The antenna positioning velocities must be fast enough to track objects in low earth orbit (LEO) with a keyhole of less than 5°. All mechanical accuracies of the antennas must be sufficient to operate them in the Ka-band (up to 40 GHz). The antenna feed system (feed horn) is planned to be developed by the buyer. A X band feed system can optional be provided by the antenna supplier (8-12,4 GHz, linear polarized, Peak power 16 kW.) The RF electronics as well as further feed systems will be developed and integrated by the customer. Therefore, all technical documentation of the antennas must be provided, required for the development and integration of a feed network manufactured by the customer. After the integration of the feed network manufactured by the customer, a check of the mechanical requirements is carried out together with the antenna supplier. Special requirements are a weatherproof housing on the antenna (approx. 19” 30U), for additional electronic components of the customer, which must be provided by the antenna supplier. Therefore, a comprehensive adaptation of the antenna structure by the antenna manufacturer could be necessary. An antenna heating shall be included as an option. No ITAR devices The following must also be observed: The requirements of the export control law applicable to the project must be taken into account, in particular the handling of goods under the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance (AWV), the EC Dual-Use Regulation (EC Regulation 428/2009), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
