The procurement is for the procurement of patient journeys on roads. Patient journeys on the way are a facilitated transport where the patient, in accordance with the current legislation, has the right to covering expenses for travel to and from treatment.  The contracting authority is not obliged to procure a fixed amount of patient journeys and is subject to variations in the number of assignments. The contracting authority intends to facilitate increased coordination within the contract, including measures such as establishing fixed routes and coordinated patient journeys across municipal borders and tender areas. The previous announcement was cancelled as a result of a new assessment of the maximum prices taken after a market inquiry and considered that it would be better for the competition if these were increased somewhat. This could only be corrected by cancelling the prior competition and a new notice. The documents that have been amended from the previous notice for this are Annex 1 Price Form and competition provisions. Sub-contracts that have received a 10% increase of kilometres rate: Lot 1 Haukeland/HaraldsplassDelkontrakt 3 BergenhusDelkontrakt 5 ÅrstadDelkontrakt 11 Fyllingen/LaksevågDelkontrakter, which has received a 5% increase of the kilometre rate: Sub-contract 7 Åsane/ArnaDelkontrakt 9 Fana
