ETC intends to contract a service provider with proven expertise in digital marketing in China, Chinese influencers collaborations and OTA partnerships for the development and execution of a B2C promotional campaign targeting the Chinese market.
ETC implements the project subject of this procurement in partnership with four National Tourism Organisations of Central Europe.
The campaign "Central Europe: Taste Local, Travel Green" will be implemented in two strategic phases to effectively guide Chinese consumers through the travel decision-making funnel from awareness to conversion.
The contractor will first design and implement an Influencer Activation Programme to build broad visibility and emotional engagement among the Chinese target audience, highlighting Central Europe’s gastronomic richness, cultural authenticity, and sustainable travel options.
Then, to convert increased interest and awareness into measurable travel bookings to the Central Europe region, specifically within the thematic frame of gastronomy and sustainable travel, the contractor will establish and manage a partnership with one or more major Chinese Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), such as Ctrip, Qunar, Fliggy.
