The subject of this tender is the Professional Services of a Contracts Manager –San Pawl il-Baħar Local Council of the following services: Supervise and Ensure the Satisfactory carrying out of contractual work and other services The place of acceptance of the services shall be San Pawl il-Baħar , the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be for 1 year which can be extended for a further 4 yours on a yearly basis, and the INCOTERM2010 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
