The Courts Service is seeking proposals for the supply of external Investment Advisory Services in relation to the management and investment of court funds, which currently amount to in excess of €1.9 billion. This is a pivotal independent role whereby all personnel involved with the provision of this service should be experts in the field, have proven track record and expertise in all areas of the investment process (i.e. investment objectives, investment strategy, investment platform, investment administration, manager selection and performance monitoring).
