Procurement of a framework agreement for call-offs on courses in child and youth work, with a duration of 20, 24 or 40 weeks. The course shall have theoretical and practical training. Practical training shall be carried out at relevant, ordinary employers. Each course call-off shall be for 20 participants and delivered in Lillestrøm. The course shall make the participants qualified to go up to multi-disciplinary privatist exams in the child and youth worker discipline. This exam, in combination with sufficient relevant practice and passed qualifying examinations for the participants to the certificate of apprenticeship. The participants shall have relevant work experience mapped in the course and prepared a plan for the achievement of the certificate of apprenticeship. With call-offs for minority language participants, the aim of the measure will also be that participants during the course shall acquire Norwegian capabilities, so that they will achieve Norwegian capabilities at least B1-level during the course.
