Open tender contest for the procurement of a turnkey contract with interaction in the preliminary project for the project Villa Sorgenfri. Villa Sorgenfri is a listed villa, located in the cultural environment around Sophies Minde by Carl Bernes plass in the Grünerløkka district. The assignment includes careful disassembly of the existing foundations and mapping materials for reuse by reassembly of the foundations and reassembly of buildings with a basement, 2 floors and loft. The outdoor work in the project includes minor terrain adjustments, facilitating universal access to the building, LOD measures to safeguard the current requirements for handling surface water on their own site as well as the establishment of a fire-setting place, bicycle parking, waste system and some planting.
