Stavanger municipality is currently preparing the tender documentation for the coming procurement of ventilation equipment and materials and accompanying services. The future framework agreement shall ensure that the Contracting Authority reliable access to ventilation equipment and materials of high quality is energy efficient and environmentally efficient and ensures a healthy indoor environment at competitive prices. Attention is relating to the fact that fixed service and maintenance work for the ventilation installations will not be included in the framework agreement, nor the procurement and delivery of filters, as this will be announced in a separate tender contest. Market participants are asked to answer the following question.1). We would like input from the market on how climate and environmental considerations can be taken care of for ventilation equipment and materials in the coming procurement.2). Are there other things or conditions that we ought to take into consideration in a future tender contest for ventilation equipment and materials, e.g. this with the tenderer ́s qualification requirements, requirement specifications, price form or contract terms.
