The procurement shall cover the university ́s need for meeting food and catering in connection with internal events, meetings, courses etc. In addition the procurement shall cover the need for serving in connection with representation. The agreement(s) does not include serving banquets that set special requirements for quality, presentation and use of waiters. The framework agreement(s) shall also not include serving in canteen/cafes in the contracting authority ́s premises where the university has its own agreements.
