The patient flow system at the new health centre and the emergency doctor surgeryStavanger municipality shall construct a new health centre and a new emergency doctor surgery, which shall be completed in 2027. The following departments in the health centre will be co-located: the emergency doctor surgery, the abuse reception centre in south Rogaland, Immediate help 24 hour department (ØHD), the Infection Protection Office, the health centre, the doctor's office and a course and conference centre. The co-location of these departments will also open possibilities for closer cooperation and sharing of personnel and competence. Stavanger municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue for written input. The purpose is to examine the possibility of digitising patient flow at a new health centre and particularly the emergency doctor surgery. We would like to make the time use more efficient for both patients and health personnel by using technology and innovative solutions. We would like to use this market dialogue to create a picture of what possible solutions and actors can be found in the market. Generally, we want a system that gives patients good and useful information on where they are in the treatment course/user journey, where they are going, and what they can prepare for to make treatment easier and more effective. The emergency doctor is staffed with permanently employed personnel, but also by general practitioners who attend occasional shifts. There is a need for a system that is as simple and intuitive as possible and that requires minimal prior knowledge and training before it is used by individual health personnel. We would also like a system that can be used by all the departments in the new health centre that carry out patient orientated work. Integration with other digital solutions is important here to avoid double work and for good documentation of patient treatment. Another important element is that Stavanger municipality has guidelines for collections to be carried out itself, and the emergency doctor surgery would like to have a comprehensive system that also delivers or integrates with payment services that take care of this political guidance. The answer deadline: Tenderers shall answer the questions in the "Communication" tab in Mercell by 26.03.2025.
