II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a service contract for helicopter services for transporting personnel and equipment for set up and maintenance of grinding installations around existing salt places, as well as inspections of new salt places and grind installations. It may be necessary to redevelop salt places either by laying on matter or cloth. It may therefore be necessary to transport large sacks of pulp to the salt areas. There can also be a need for helicopter services for stand-by work. The assignment will mainly take place on flights in the Hardangervidda zone, see Annex 1 b - Map of the Hardangervidda plateau. Tenderers must specify in Annex 1 a – Requirement Specification which six places would be appropriate for start-up in relation to options for landing. The places must be located by the road and ought to be geographically spread around the Hardangervidda zone. In addition start-up costs for the different locations must be specified in Annex 2 a - Price Form.
