The subject of this tender is the the appointment of Financial Auditors for the years 2023-2027. The successful Audit firm will be appointed Auditors of Enemalta plc and International Energy Service Centre (IESC) Ltd and will be required to submit for the approval of the respective Board, amongst other deliverables, separate and consolidated Audited Financial Statements with a view to enabling Enemalta plc (the ‘Group’) to abide by statutory requirements.
