(Response deadline is extended till February 17, 2025 https://cpb.org.ua/arochn%D1%96-metalodetektori ) An experimental project is being implemented in Ukraine to strengthen the security of the educational environment in institutions of general secondary education under the legal regime of martial law (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). The Project is implemented on the basis of the procedure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 01, 2024, No.1245 ( https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1245-2024-%D0%BF#Text). You can also find detailed information about the Project on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine ( https://mon.gov.ua/news/bezpechne-seredovyshche-v-zakladi-osvity-uriad-zatverdyv-eksperymentalnyi-proiekt ). According to the procedure for implementing the Project, the maximum number of secondary education institutions that can participate in the experimental project is: 1) in the 2024/2025 academic year - 2000 institutions of general secondary education; 2) in the 2025/2026 academic year - 3000 institutions of general secondary education; The project envisages the installation of stationary metal detectors in educational institutions. In order to gain market awareness, to plan the procurement of walk-through metal detectors and prepare for the procurement, State Institution "Profesiyni zakupivli" (as a centralized procurement organization that conducts procurement in the interests of other customers) conducts preliminary market consultations regarding the procurement of walk-through metal detectors. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" ( https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/922-19#Text ) via electronic procurement system «Prozorro» ( https://prozorro.gov.ua/uk ).
