The agreement shall also ensure that NVE receives prompt assistance in times of crisis.   The aim is to enter into a framework agreement with a service provider who undertakes helicopter transport of both personnel and dependant cargo. The scope of the agreement shall cover the Fjellskredseksjonen in NVE ́s need for helicopter transport. It can also be applied to all of NVE or other collaboration partners and sub-contractors who carry out work for NVE as agreed. The frequency of the flights will vary throughout the year and from year to year. The areas are often inaccessible and the instruments and installations are spread over the mountainside. There are several helipads at several objects.
